We’ve brought a piece of Chicago home with our very own take on a traditional deep dish. Our house-made crust is made with Chicago’s own Goose Island 312 Urban Wheat Ale and then packed with 3 meats, 1 sauce, and 2 cheeses. The 9”-312 pie doesn’t get any deeper with fresh mozzarella cheese under layers of pepperoni, salami and seasoned ground beef and pork mixture, topped with chunky marinara sauce and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. Wait time is approximately 45 minutes, but worth every second.
